Meet the Artists
Cast
Megan Roe (Choreographer/Alice) is a choreographer, dance teacher and visual artist born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. Her childhood was spent in the dance studio, assisting her teachers and attending a performing arts middle school and high school for dance. Megan continued on to New York City to study contemporary and improvisational dance at the Steps on Broadway Conservatory. Megan has choreographed original plays and musicals for Loop Troupe Theater Company and Rivers Edge Theater Company, and also originated the choreography for the Off Broadway show Sober Songs. Megan has directed music videos for artists including BlackJeans, Zuli Jr. & Enrose.
David Covington (Mad Hatter/Tweedle Dum) began his performance career tap dancing his way across the globe with the internationally acclaimed company of TAP DOGS. Other tap dance credits include Lincoln Center with the New York Philharmonic Orchestra and the Kennedy Center's 13th Annual Gala: A Salute to the 1940’s Broadway Musical with the National Symphony Orchestra In Washington D.C., David founded his own tap company, MetroTAP, and youth company, Metropolitan Youth Tap Ensemble. David has appeared in numerous stage performances Off-Broadway and regionally, including performances at the Kennedy Center, Signature Theater, Arena Stage, Theater Row, and the historic Ford's Theatre in Washington D.C.
Josh Santiago (Caterpillar) is a musician, producer, and actor in Westchester, NY. He performs with his band Boojum and cover collective Bushwick's Dead. Josh studied theatre and philosophy at SUNY Oneonta. He's piloted after-school theatre programs in Upstate NY, led improv workshops in NYC, and co-founded NYC-based sketch comedy group, Loop Troupe. Selected notable acting roles include Alceste in The Misanthrope, Touchstone in As You Like It, and Barnaby in The Matchmaker. He's also had a successful career off the stage as a director, lighting, and sound designer. He's extremely grateful to RETco for including him in this year's production of Romeo and Juliet. Kailah (Cheshire Cat) is a multifaceted dancer, choreographer, and teaching artist with extensive training across Ballet, Modern, Musical Theater, Jazz, West African, and Diaspora dance, as well as acting. She has honed her craft at esteemed institutions including the Earl Mosley Institute of the Arts, José Mateo Ballet Theatre, The American Dance Festival, Bridgewater State University, The Dance Complex, Broadway Dance Center, Evidence Summer Intensive, Afterwork Theater, and The Barrow Group. A graduate of the Mark Morris Teaching Artist Training Program, Kailah is passionate about arts education and creating access to holistic, movement-based learning. She currently serves as the Resident Choreographer at The Masters School in Dobbs Ferry, where she develops original work that blends storytelling with technical precision. Kailah also brings her choreographic vision to youth performance spaces, most recently directing and producing a full camp show in just six weeks as the Dance Specialist at Camp Chikadee in White Plains, NY. Her work is rooted in community, expression, and the belief that dance is for everybody and every story.
Mary-Louise Hildebrandt (Door Mouse/Cook) is a multidisciplinary artist working across dance, music, writing, and visual art. She has been working with independent artists choreographing their music videos, and adding movement elements to their performances through original choreography and back up dancing. She believes in the magic of movement and telling stories through our bodies. An ancient medicine she feels so grateful to get to alchemize.
Ethan Raysor (Tweedle Dee/Pig), born and raised in Delaware, started dancing at the age of 14 and fell in love with ballet and theatre while attending Cab Calloway School of the Arts. After studying instrumental music theory, he decided quickly to pursue performance tracks. He began training with James Zynda at Delaware Dance Company, and started his professional career at 16. He joined First State Ballet Theatre upon graduating high school, and was a company member for 7 seasons. During his time with FSBT, he had the pleasure of a wide variety of Principal and Soloist roles in full-length productions of 'The Sleeping Beauty,' 'Swan Lake,' 'Don Quixote,' 'Romeo + Juliet,' 'A Midsummer Night's Dream,' 'Grand Pas Classique,' as well as the holiday favorite 'The Nutcracker.' Ethan is pursuing acting opportunities, both on film and on stage. He had the opportunity to be in 'Happy Gilmore 2,’ ‘Serena,’ and a co-starring role “Jabril” in John Tedeschi’s feature film ‘Beget,’ set to be released in 2026/2027. He also performs in cabaret shows throughout NYC, and has won vocalist awards in NYC talent competitions. In February of 2025, Ethan joined Rising Sun Performance Company and has since been cast in staged readings of ‘Éléphant’ as “Jeunnehomme,” and ‘Radio Eulogy’ as “Sam/Travis.” He made his New York Theatre Festival debut with Amber Weissert’s award-winning production of ‘Echo,’ as “Elder Alexander” and “ensemble” in June 2025.
Noni Alley (White Rabbit/Red Queen) (they/them) is an actor, producer and award-nominated VoiceOver artist based in NYC. An acting alumni of the American Musical and Dramatic Academy, with a background in circus arts, Noni performs in live theater, film, animation and audiobooks. Recent work: Valentine in Twelfth Night, Sterling and Tezcatlipoca in It Has His Eyes, narration of Beyond Inclusion audiobook.
Sydney Rosenberg (understudy), a Colorado native, began her training at Glenwood Dance Academy at the age of four. As a high school student, she continued her study with Aspen Santa Fe Ballet, where she performed with the company in their annual Nutcracker and spring performances. Currently based in NYC, she graduated from Marymount Manhattan College where she double majored and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in dance and psychology. While there, Sydney performed works by Annie Doss, Lauren Grant, and Megan Williams. Upon graduation, she began working with Suzzanne Ponomarenko Dance where she performed Enjoy Yourself! with the company for Jacob's Pillow On the Road and the O+ Festival. She also performed work by Terk Lewis at the Bryant Park Picnic Performances and with Madi Hicks at the Steps on Broadway Industry Showcase. Sydney joined Chutzpah Dance in 2025 where she performed Paper Straws at both Arts on Site and Dixon Place. She is excited to be undestudying for Rivers Edge Theater Company.
Tabitha Bradley (understudy) is so excited to understudy this show, she is originally from the UK (specifically Worcestershire - where they make the sauce) but moved to NYC to pursue acting a few years ago. Previous credits include; Elf - National Tour, Beauty and the Beast - Off Broadway, You're a Good Man Charlie Brown, A Christmas Carol, The Importance of Being Earnest and Spring Awakening. She would like to thank her parents across the pond and partner Leary for their constant support and love.

Meghan Covington (Playwright/Costume Design) is a theatre maker with an affinity for the experimental. Her most notable performance work took place regionally on the stages of The Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, Woolly Mammoth Theatre Co, The Shakespeare Theatre, Round House Theatre, Olney Theatre in Washington DC, and Firehouse Theatre, Richmond Shakespeare Festival, and Theatre Lab in Richmond, VA. Most recently she has performed in RETCo's productions of The Parking Lot, Every Brilliant Thing, and Peek-a-Boo, as well as productions at The Tank and Theatre for the New City. As a playwright Meghan’s work has been featured at The Chain, The Tank, Tigers Heart Theatre Co, Phillipstown Depot Theatre, Musco Center for the Arts, and River’s Edge Theatre Co. Meghan has a BFA in Theatre Performance from Virginia Commonwealth University and currently serves as Artistic Director and board president of RETCo.
Jessica Irons (Director) an Ossining resident, is the current board president of Bethany Arts Community. She sat on the Board of Ossining MATTERS for 6 years and was president for 2. For 10 years she was the Artistic Director of the award winning , NYC based Andhow ! Theater Company where she fostered new plays from a seed of an idea through to full productions. She directed Off & Off Off Broadway at the Flea, The Ohio, HERE Arts Center, 78th Street Theater Lab, Dixon Place, The Blue Heron Arts Center, The Ontological at St. Mark's Church in the Bowery New Georges and adobe theatre company. She was the Associate Artistic Director of adobe theatre company and the Artistic Associate at Adirondack Theater Festival. As an educator she has directed/taught in Newark NJ, Redhook, Brooklyn, for the 52nd Street Project in Manhattan, Allan Stevenson, Fordham University, the Boys & Girls Club of Northern Westchester and elsewhere throughout the tri-state area . Locally, she has directed adults professionally for Rivers Edge Theatre Co. She was the original therapeutic arts director at Children of Promise, NYC in Bedford Stuyvesant, where she developed and implemented therapeutic art & theater curricula for children of incarcerated parents. Jessica studied theater at Skidmore College (BA) and Creative Arts Therapy at the New School. This one is for Esme.
Jon Hatch (Composer) is a composer for film, TV, theatre and video games and is known for blending atmospheric sound design with emotionally grounded storytelling. Jon uses a blend of traditional orchestral instrumentation and electronic music elements. Always pushing sonic boundaries while still focused on storytelling. Jon has scored multiple feature films and continues to build a body of work defined by subtlety, texture, and narrative sensitivity. Recent projects include the gritty crime scene thriller film The Scene, the Hawaiian coming of age surfing drama Breaking The Tide, and the horror slasher short Viral. Equally comfortable crafting restrained, drone-like emotional palettes or bold, character-driven motifs, Jon’s music elevates visual storytelling while staying deeply connected to the director’s vision. Monica Robles (Stage Manager)
Monica is the co-founder of Tres Brujas Productions where she serves as a producer and stage manager. Past production credits include work in NYC, Puerto Rico and Edinburgh. During the day, she is a media Partnerships Director at SiriusXM and sits as the chair of their DE&I Board and their Pride ERG, developing partnerships with non-profit organizations such as The Ally Coalition, New Alternatives and Live Out Loud.
Andrew Irons (Lighting Design) is a playwright and a founding member of ANDHOW! Theater Company. For Andhow! he has written Linus & Alora (The Flea Theater), Little Suckers (The Ohio Theater), Non-D, (the Ontological Theatre; Backstage STIMY Award: Powerful Production 2003-2004), Paschal Full Moon (78th Street Theater Lab), and has received readings / workshops of Yakima Man and Iris. His play Tunnel was produced at Expanded Arts. His toy theater piece And Away! was presented at The Brick, as well as with Andhow! at The Connelly Theater. And as an actor and playwright he has worked with several New York theater companies including the Ontological, New Georges, Turnip and 78th Street Theater Lab. His play Linus & Alora was published in Plays & Playwrights Best Plays of 2010. Andrew has been a Teaching Artist at The Hudson River Academy, Sarah Lawrence College’s Summer Writing Intensive, Westchester Community College, Allen Stevenson, and Penobscot Theater Company. He was Program Director for Off the Hook a playwriting to performance program in Red Hook Brooklyn, 2006-2008. He has been teaching in the New York City public school system for the last 8 years. Andrew studied theater at the American Conservatory Theater (Young Conservatory), National Theater Institute, Skidmore College (BA) and Sarah Lawrence College (MFA).
Ray Flaks (Sound and Lighting Technician) is an A/V technician and audio engineer from Westchester, NY, and currently based in Ossining, NY. This is his third time collaborating with Rivers Edge Theater Company (Ichabod, Marian), and he is grateful to be working with this wonderful team again. Ray has worked on a variety of theater productions from a young age, including a few recent shows at Bethany Arts Community. He received a BA in Cinema from Binghamton University in 2021, and is excited to continue supporting the arts in his community.
